“Russia is intensifying its rocket attacks against Ukraine, so it is very important to guarantee basic security to the civilian population. Our country needs modern and effective missile defense systems that can protect its cities. The severity of sanctions against Russia should be increased. It is important to consider effective mechanisms to remove the barrier to Ukrainian grain exports and ensure food security in the world.”
