‘Gezi Case’ petition from Davutoğlu: I have no complaints

Future Party leader Davutoğlu rejected the allegations that he took part as a ‘complainant’ in the Gezi Park Case and submitted a petition to the Istanbul 13th High Criminal Court to determine this situation through his lawyer. Davutoğlu stated that he has no complaints in the Gezi Park case.

Future Party leader Ahmet Davutoğlu rejected the allegations that he was a ‘complainant’ in the Gezi Case and submitted a petition to the court to determine this situation. Davutoğlu’s lawyer, Ahmet Başçı, published a statement regarding the ‘Gezi Park Case’ on the agenda. Başçı once again denied that Ahmet Davutoğlu took part in the Gezi Park Case as a “complainant” in some media organs, and stated that Davutoğlu never participated in the Gezi Park Case and did not complain to anyone. Başçı stated that they submitted a petition to the Istanbul 13th High Criminal Court to determine this situation and stated that they did not have any complaints.

The chief’s explanation is as follows:

“Recently, in some media, it has been reported that our client Prof. Dr. Ahmet Davutoğlu, Chairman of the Future Party, has participated in the case by allegedly being a “complainant” regarding the Gezi Park Case. Our dear client, Istanbul 13th High Criminal Court’ “He has never participated in the case before the court, and he has never complained to anyone. In order to determine this situation, we have submitted a petition to the Istanbul 13th High Criminal Court on behalf of our esteemed client, stating that we do not have any complaints.”
