DON’T FOLLOW THE LAW IS A CRIME
(Kılıçdaroğlu’s statement, ‘We do not recognize the court or its decision. Canan Kaftancıoğlu is our Istanbul Provincial President, period’) I have never spoken about the ongoing trials. However, a decision has been made here. Decisions can be criticized. Kılıçdaroğlu can also be criticized. But this should be done in a clean language and with respect. Kılıçdaroğlu says ‘I do not know the court’. If Turkey is a state of law, if the courts have made a decision, the person who doesn’t talk about the rule of law will say, ‘I don’t like the decision. I am against it, but there is a court decision. Of course, it will be necessary to say ‘it will be done’. This is breaking the law. Provocation to disobey the law is a crime.
