After the end of the match, Mosimane told Abu Dhabi Sports Channel: “Bronze means a lot to us. We did not improve with regard to our position last year, but I am happy and the fans are happy. We worked hard.”
He continued, “We gave our best…we suffered from absences, and this year’s medal is better than last year’s.”
He added, “It was a difficult match for the opponent because of the expulsion of his players, but before they were expelled, we were strong and scored goals while they were complete.”
Regarding the most prominent positives of the Club World Cup this season, Musimani said: “Playing against all circumstances and the loss of many players for absences and injuries, such as the injury of Mohamed El-Shennawy, Percy Tau and Akram Tawfiq, but we showed a great spirit.”
